About
Luke, a South London born and raised personal trainer, now well-known and loved in West London leads several of Fit & Food's weekly classes.
As a former amateur boxer for a London boxing club, a strength & conditioning expert, a Hyrox coach, Luke expertly plans and leads class members through effective workouts varying focus between strength, conditioning, mobility, stability, endurance, power, speed, agility, and performance.
Luke's classes at Fit & Food are always busy, energetic, challenging in the right ways and always filled with laughter and healthy competition. Passionate about Women's Health, and the role he can play in supporting Fit & Food's Female cohort, Luke is currently studying towards his pre-and postnatal certification.
